We live in harmony with nature and the animals

The animals who live on our farm provide us with top-quality, ultra-fresh products each and every day, including outstanding salami, Kaminwurzen (smoked dried sausage), bresaola from our herd of Scottish Highland cattle who graze all around our farm, and eggs from our hens.

Our toy poodle Williis a firm favourite with all our guests.  
As our cat Maja say: this is a great place to just hang out.

Walter used to be a joiner, and comes from a creative family: he loves pottering in his workshop, where he makes classy woodcrafts of candleholders, cutlery stands and miniature “works of art.”

Our Hannah diligently makes scented sachets with lavender herbs or rose petals.
